Re-Registration

Thank you for being part of our family.

If your child is currently attending our child care, re-registration is completed in February of each year. Please fill out the form below to re-register for the upcoming school year. Once we receive your form, we will email you with some final paperwork in order for you to complete your re-registration.

Note that your re-registration will NOT be considered complete until the paperwork we email to you is returned. Please also note that our open registration begins on March 1st. Therefore if you submit your forms and paperwork after March 1st, we cannot guarantee that your spot will still be held. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

  • What Program you are registering your child for upcoming year?
  • Please write "AM", "PM", "Full Day", or "No" in each field for your chosen schedule.

    We would like to avoid using Cheques in the upcoming year. We have implemented the EFT method of payment with Versapay in-order to provide a green and consistent payment method. Please select EFT if you wish to automate the transactions for your child's monthly registration fee. * $10 processing fee per cheque * cash will only be accepted under certain circumstances
  • Please inform us if there has been any changes in child's Profile, such as Address, Emergency, Medical, and etc.
